Shaikha Ahmad

Shaikha Ahmad has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Shaikha is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dubai Media Incorporated, where they oversee HR management, policies, and operations. Prior to this, they held various positions at du, including Head of HR - Enterprise Business, HR Business Partner - Senior Manager, and National Development Manager - Career Development & Talent Management. In these roles, they worked on developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and fostering the career growth of UAE nationals. Shaikha Ahmad completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at Zayed University from 2003 to 2008. In 2016, they obtained a Coaching Certificate through the International Coaching Federation from the American University of Sharjah. Shaikha Ahmad also holds a FranklinCovey Certified Trainer, 7 Habits certification from FranklinCovey since 2012.
