Rina Serlin

Rina Serlin is currently the VP of People at Duality Technologies. Prior to that, they were the VP People at Duality Technologies for 10 months, a Senior HRBP at HP for 2 years and 6 months, an HRBP at Nova Measuring Instruments for 3 years, and an HR Manager at Komoona for 2 years and 9 months. Rina has also worked as a Training & Organization Development Business Partner at Maccabi Health Care Services for 4 years and 6 months and as a Recruitment Consultant at Ethosia for 2 years and 1 month. Rina started their career as a TV assistant producer at HOT, where they worked for 2 years and 9 months.

Rina Serlin holds a Master of Arts from Tel Aviv University in the field of Labor Studies, which they completed in 2009. Rina also holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Hebrew University in the fields of Political Science and Communication, which they completed in 2005. Rina Serlin's educational background also includes Makif Gilo, where they completed their education in 1998.
