Brendan M. Finley

Brendan M. Finley is a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Finley's work focuses on ensuring compliance with ethical standards related to firm policies and procedures, identifying and resolving conflicts of interest, and ensuring adherence to the rules of professional conduct. He routinely works with the firm's partners to resolve conflicts and other client relation issues.

Prior to joining Duane Morris, Mr. Finley was previously employed as a Conflicts Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. As a law student he participated in numerous pro-bono projects including: The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and Wills For Heroes, The Children's Justice Clinic and The Civil Clinic's Immigration project.
