Michelle A. Dimeo

Michelle DiMeo is a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel in Los Angeles. Ms. DiMeo’s work focuses on ensuring compliance with ethical standards related to firm policies and procedures, and she has experience handling all aspects of the conflicts clearance process for new business and hires. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Ms. DiMeo was the Conflicts Manager for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, where she focused on the resolution of complex ethical issues associated with business intake and the hiring of firm lawyers and staff. In addition, she was previously an associate with Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, where she represented class members in wage and hour and consumer protection class action litigation.

Ms. DiMeo is a 2007 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and a 2004 graduate, magna cum laude, of Villanova University (B.S., Finance and International Business). She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
