Raghed al Kaasamani

Raghed Al Kaasamani, FRAeS, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise since September 2025. Prior to this role, Raghed held various engineering leadership positions at Jazeera Airways from March 2018 to September 2025, including Vice President Engineering and Head of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed engineering performance management, continuing airworthiness, and compliance with aviation regulations. Raghed’s earlier experience includes significant roles at National Aviation Services from November 2006 to March 2018, where oversight of line maintenance and engineering operations featured prominently, and positions at MEA (Middle East Airlines) as an Aircraft Technician from July 2002 to November 2006, focusing on aircraft servicing and inspections primarily for the A320 and A330 aircraft.
