Alzain Musa currently serves as a Guests Experience Ambassador and Customer Service representative at Dubai Airports since May 2023, where responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in procedures and providing pertinent flight information. Additionally, Alzain is also employed as a Customer Service Agent at Serco, starting in May 2023, and previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Tafaseel BPO from October to December 2022. Alzain holds a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science from the University of Bahri, obtained in August 2020, and has completed a Training of Trainers Certificate from Seven Vision Center and the American Board in August 2019.
