Avinash Shrivastava

Avinash Shrivastava is a seasoned IT Service Management professional with extensive experience in leading and implementing ITSM solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect and Project Manager at Dubai Airports since July 2018, Avinash specializes in automating service provisioning and overseeing end-to-end ITSM projects. Previously, Avinash worked as a Technical Solution Consultant at ADNOC Group, where expertise in ITIL processes ensured smooth ServiceNow deployments. Prior roles include IT Service Management Specialist at Hewlett-Packard, focusing on RFP responses and project execution, and HP Service Manager Developer at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, where Avinash customized and deployed ITSM solutions.
