Emba Ali al Askar

Ali Al Askar, EMBA has extensive work experience in the HR field, particularly within Dubai Airports. Ali started their career with the company in 2004 as the Head of HR services and held this role until 2016. In 2019, they rejoined Dubai Airports as the Head of HR planning and Projects.

Ali Al Askar, EMBA, has a strong education background with a focus on business and human resources management. Ali obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Strathclyde Business School between 2022 and 2026. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the American University of Sharjah between 2012 and 2014. Ali'sbachelor's degree, in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS), was also earned from the American University of Sharjah during the years 1997-2003.

In addition to their academic degrees, Ali Al Askar has earned certifications to enhance their expertise in the field. Ali obtained the Certified People Analytics Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in November 2021. Ali also holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2016.
