Nada Alaydie

Nada Alaydie is a seasoned professional in learning design and talent management, currently serving as a Manager at Dubai Airports since September 2019. With extensive experience at Emirates Group as a Learning and Development Specialist from November 2011 to April 2019, Nada contributed to staff performance enhancement through IT training projects. Previous roles include Freelance Trainer at ExecuTrain and Training and Development Specialist at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where impactful training programs were developed and delivered. Nada began the career as an IT Senior Teacher at New Academy School and has also supported educational initiatives with the Jordan Education Initiative. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Coventry University and a Master’s degree in Informatics from The British University in Dubai. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems was earned from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
