Rachel Richardson MRICS has extensive experience in commercial development and property management, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Development at Dubai Airports since October 2012. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Head of Property Strategy at Dubai Airports Company from October 2009 to October 2012 and worked as an Asset Manager at Limitless between May 2007 and October 2009. Rachel's career in property management began as a Property Manager at Keningtons from November 2002 to December 2005, followed by a similar role at King Sturge from January 2005 to April 2007. Rachel holds a BSc (Hons) in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England, completed in 2002.
