Mohamed Obaid Alsharid

Mohamed Obaid Alsharid is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital innovation and project management, currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer for Innovation & The Future at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) since July 2019, after holding the position of Senior Specialist in Digital Products & Solutions Management. Prior to DEWA, Mohamed worked at Smart Dubai as a Senior Project Manager from November 2017 to July 2019. Mohamed's earlier career includes significant roles at du, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Business Development Manager for Government initiatives to Project Manager for Fixed Access Network, along with foundational experience as an Engineer in Transport Infrastructure. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology, completed in 2010.
