Manal Ghandour

Manal Ghandour is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical management and transformation coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Clinical at Dubai Healthcare City since September 2012, Manal has previously held roles including Transformation Coach as a freelancer and HE Program Project Manager at the Institute of Applied Technology. Early career positions include Executive Manager at both Middle East Management and Smart Home Properties, and a significant tenure at the Department of Health & Medical Services in Dubai, where Manal contributed as a Clinical Systems Analyst and Area Nurse Supervisor. Manal holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Wollongong University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
