Boris Sergeev

Boris Sergeev, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Investments & Portfolio Management at Dubai Holding, focusing on private equity, private credit, and strategic M&A transactions with leading global partners. Previously, Boris Sergeev held various senior roles at VTB Capital, including Head of Structured Finance and Head of Real Estate Structuring, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of complex debt and private equity transactions across multiple regions. Boris Sergeev's experience also includes positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Citigroup, with expertise in structured finance, capital market transactions, and M&A advisory. Boris Sergeev holds an MBA from INSEAD and has also studied at Harvard Business School.
