Shibu Koshy

Shibu Koshy is an experienced development manager currently working at Dubai Holding since June 2024, following previous roles as Development Manager at Nakheel and Project Architect at Interspace Interiors. With a career spanning several years in architectural and project coordination roles, Shibu has held key positions at notable companies including Arabtec Construction LLC, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Architect and Senior Architect. Shibu's expertise encompasses managing interior fit-out packages, architectural design development, BIM coordination, and engineering construction across various significant projects, such as the Mid Field Terminal Building at Abu Dhabi Airport and Burj Khalifa Tower. Shibu holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from B. M. S. College of Engineering and a pre-engineering qualification from Christian College Chengannur.
