Mashaikh Alrakhaimi

Mashaikh AlRakhaimi is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition at Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority since January 2022. Previously, Mashaikh held the position of Manager in Talent Acquisition at the same organization and has a background in various talent acquisition roles at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority from August 2014 to January 2022, including Associate Manager and Senior Executive. Mashaikh began a career in human resources as a Human Resource Coordinator at Etoile Group from February 2013 to July 2014 and completed an internship at Dubai World Trade Centre in 2012. Mashaikh holds a Master of Management in International Business and a Bachelor of Communication and Media Sciences, with a focus on Integrated Strategic Communications and Advertising, from Zayed University.
