David Anush

David Anush has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. David is currently working as the Head of Enterprise Banking Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory Technologies at Dubai Islamic Bank since May 2021. Previously, they worked at Noor Bank as the VP of Technology - Data/Analytics, Finance, and Risk from April 2018 to October 2020. Before that, they served as the VP of Big Data/Analytics, Finance, and Risk Technology at Mashreq Bank from September 2015 to April 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of Financial Systems and Process Improvements at Commercial Bank of Qatar from June 2013 to September 2015. David also held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays Capital, focusing on technology management, service delivery, and regulatory reporting.

David Anush has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore. David also holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Software Engineering from the same university. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITIL v4 from ITIL in 2019 and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in June 2001.
