Mohamed Delawer PCC has a strong work experience in the financial industry. Mohamed began their career at KPMG as an External Auditor from 1997 to 2000. Mohamed then joined NSGB as an Internal Auditor from 2000 to 2002, and later became the Section Head of Internal Audit from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Mohamed joined Dubai Islamic Bank as a supervisor in internal audit, and quickly progressed to the position of Vice President. Mohamed has held multiple roles at the bank, including Program Management and Vice President Operations, where they successfully led various transformational initiatives and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Mohamed has received several awards for their exceptional performance and successful transformation programs.

Mohamed Delawer PCC completed their education at Cairo University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a degree in Accounting and business administration with a specialization in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including LEADING ORGANIZATIONS AND CHANGE from Emeritus (obtained in 2022), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (obtained in 2022), Coach/mentor practitioner from EMCC Global (obtained in 2020), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (obtained in 2020), Certified digital transformation from CXO Transform (obtained in 2019), Senior Certified Professional Coach from the Coach Transformation Academy (obtained in 2019), and Six Sigma Green Belt (obtained in 2014).
