Murtaza Ahmed Qadri has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Murtaza Ahmed began their career in 1994 at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an Assistant Manager in Credit Administration. Murtaza Ahmed then joined Union Bank as the Head of Credit Administration (North) before returning to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Manager in Credit Administration. Murtaza Ahmed later worked at Royal Bank of Scotland as the Head of Commercial Lending Operations (Credit Administration) for the Middle East & Africa region. Murtaza Ahmed then moved to National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where they held two positions: Deputy Head of Credit Administration and Head of Credit Risk Control (Credit Administration) for commercial banking. Following this, they joined First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as the Head of Documentation in Credit Administration for Dubai & N.E. region. Currently, they are the Head of Documentation for Corporate & Contracting Finance at Dubai Islamic Bank.
Murtaza Ahmed Qadri completed their Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of the Punjab from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained an Intermediate degree in Economics from Government College University, Lahore from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, they hold a certification in Agile Leadership Principles from edX, obtained in 2020.
