Santosh Dubey

Santosh Dubey currently serves as the Head of Customer Acquisition for the Consumer Banking Group at Dubai Islamic Bank since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing and executing innovative customer acquisition strategies. Prior to this, Santosh held the position of Head of Employee Banking & Liabilities at First Abu Dhabi Bank from January 2019 to August 2022, focusing on team leadership and strategy execution for the growth of employee banking. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Emirates NBD and Standard Chartered Bank, where Santosh excelled in sales management, institutional sales, and branch distribution. Santosh has an extensive educational background, with numerous certifications in digital product management, data science, fintech, strategic planning, and leadership from prestigious institutions, including the University of Virginia and Harvard University, along with an MBA in Marketing and a master's degree in Business/Commerce.
