Abdul Malik

Abdul Malik has worked as a Sr.IT Engineer at Dubai Media Incorporated since 2010. In this role, they have been responsible for hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Abdul has also administered over 200 user accounts and provided on-time support. Additionally, they have managed the Service Desk and handled various business application software. Abdul has expertise in technical fault analysis, troubleshooting, IP telephones, printers, and IT asset management. Prior to this, Abdul Malik worked as a Sr.IT Technical Support Engineer at Arab Media Group from 2008 to 2010.

Abdul Malik's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled in Kannur University. Abdul studied Statistics with Computer Science and obtained a B.Sc. degree in 2003. Following this, in 2003 they attended the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology for a year, where they pursued A+ and N+ degrees in Computer Hardware and Networking. In 2011, they obtained a Cisco Certification, specifically CCNA, in the field of Networking.
