Alya Aldabbah

Alya Aldabbah has extensive work experience in various roles. Alya started their career in 1996 as a Customer Management Officer at Etisalat, where they led and trained employees in the Commercial department and handled customer complaints. Alya worked at Etisalat until 2007.

In 2008, Alya joined the Roads and Transport Authority as a Chief Officer. Alya'sresponsibilities included CRM system administration, conducting trainings, and analyzing business processes and customer satisfaction. Alya worked at the Roads and Transport Authority until 2014.

Currently, Alya works at Dubai Municipality as a Chief Officer, starting in 2015.

Alya Aldabbah obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Information System from Strayer University Washington D.C. in 1994. Alya later completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication, Information & Public Relation from Ajman University of Science & Technology from 2005 to 2008.
