Khalil Shalan

Khalil Shalan has extensive work experience in operations and facilities management. From 2006 onwards, they held senior executive positions at Dubai Silicon Oasis, starting as Vice President Operations and later becoming Senior Vice President Operations & Facilities. Prior to that, they worked at the Department of Health - Dubai as Head of Projects from 2002 to 2006.

Khalil Shalan earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University between the years 1980 and 1984.
