Renju Ravi

Renju Ravi started their work experience in 2008 with City Services Consultancy as a Sr. Network Engineer. In 2011, they joined Triple Value Technologies LLC as a Product Manager. In 2013, they then moved to Dubai Technologies and worked there as an IT Manager until December 2017. From December 2017 onwards, they served as the Head of IT and Customer Experience at Dubai Technologies.

Renju Ravi received a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut in 2007. In 2025, Renju Ravi is expected to complete a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Economics from the University of Bath. Renju Ravi also attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2023, where they obtained a General Management Program (GMP) degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degrees, Renju Ravi has obtained certifications including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, and TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group. They have also completed various online courses and certifications related to customer experience, software development, and blockchain technology.
