Stephen Noel

Stephen Noel is the current Chief Operating Officer at Dubai Technologies. Stephen was previously the Business Unit Manager for Intelligent Transportation Systems at Serco from July 2004 to January 2015. Some of their job responsibilities included spearheading major breakthroughs in securing ITS contracts in the Middle East, overseeing divisional operations, and managing and directing bid teams for high value ITS projects. Under their management, the company was able to successfully secure contracts from transport operators in the United Arab Emirates. Stephen has a long history of experience in the field of transportation and information technology solutions, and has been instrumental in the success of Dubai Technologies.

Stephen Noel has a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engg from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, India. Stephen also has a Higher Secondary Certificate in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Biology from Carmel Garden Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore, India.
