Bec David

Bec David has a diverse work experience in the fields of people operations, talent acquisition, and sales development. They started their career in 2014 as a Sales Development Analyst at Intel Corporation, where they handled various tasks remotely and managed a budget for training activities. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Robert Half, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and progressing to Division Manager and Division Director roles. In 2021, David joined Dubber as the Head of People Operations, overseeing the company's unified cloud call recording and voice AI solution. They also served as the Global Head of Talent before taking on the role at Dubber.

Bec David completed a BA (Hons) International Business Management degree from Robert Gordon University from 2012 to 2016. In 2013, they also briefly studied BA International Business Management at LIUC - Università Cattaneo. Prior to that, they attended Auchinleck Academy from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for HR Professionals and Leaders as well as Introduction to Employee Relations from LinkedIn, with both certifications obtained in 2023.
