Shawn Butler

Shawn Butler is an experienced educator with a focus on college-level teaching and program coordination in English and business communication. As a College Lecturer at Dublin Business School since January 2022, Shawn supports first-year university students transitioning to higher education. Previously, Shawn has held multiple roles at EU Business School Munich since 2014, including Academic Program Coordinator and Lecturer, specializing in courses for non-native English speakers. Additional teaching experience includes positions at the University of Roehampton, Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, and Munich Business School. Shawn also has a significant background in nonprofit organization management, having worked in various leadership roles from 1996 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Oregon, teacher training in English as a Second Language from The University of Texas at Austin, and a CELTA from the University of Cambridge.
