Ramon Balisnomo

Ramon Balisnomo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Design for Six Sigma and engineering education. Currently serving as a Design for Six Sigma Specialist at Eaton since September 2023, Ramon also lectures at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, teaching courses such as Introduction to Continuous Improvement. Previously, as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at Leonardo DRS, Ramon managed the "Design for X" program for Naval Power Systems and trained 53 engineers. In a notable tenure at Rockwell Automation, Ramon held the position of Design for Six Sigma Manager for Kinetix Motion Control, where over 250 engineers were trained in DFSS under his guidance. While at Ingersoll Rand, Ramon developed and grew the DFSS program, and early roles included leadership positions at organizations such as AIMCO, Bank of America, Kaplan, and American Express. Ramon earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
