Rachel Naughton

Rachel Naughton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial sector. As the Non Executive Chair of Dublin Chamber since March 2024 and a Non Executive Director at AIB Merchant Services since July 2020, Naughton has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Current roles include Directorship at The Ireland Funds since 2019 and a history of senior positions at AIB, including Head of SME and Leasing and Head of UK Financial Solutions Group, contributing to corporate, commercial, and retail restructuring efforts. Previous experience includes corporate finance management at Grant Thornton Australia and audit senior positions at KPMG. Naughton holds a BComm from University of Galway and an MAcc from University College Dublin.
