Leo Kilkenny

Leo Kilkenny is an Assistant Planner at Dublin City Council since September 2024, with prior experience as an Assistant Planner at Turley and as a Graduate Planner at DOWNEY. A background in planning was further developed through a summer internship at An Bord Pleanála and a planning internship at Peter Thomson Planning Solutions. Leo Kilkenny also gained experience in the energy sector during a placement with the Department for the Economy NI and worked as an intern in the fundraising department at Amnesty International Ireland. Leo's academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Politics from Queen's University Belfast, alongside an International Baccalaureate from Hockerill Anglo-European College.
