Stephen Butler

Stephen Butler is an experienced ICT Security Operations Manager at Dublin City Council since July 2004, with roles including Solution Architect, Technical Security Manager, and Senior Systems Officer. Butler previously served as Server Operations Manager, Technical Architect, and Assistant Systems Officer. As the Managing Director and founder of C-Solutions, Butler provides IT support, web development, application development, and IT consultancy. Butler co-founded ORBO Technologies Ltd, leading research and development for RedSphere software, which utilizes AES encryption technology for data protection. Prior to this, Butler held the position of IT Director at eNet-Media Ltd from February 1999 to February 2003. Butler earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc. Hons) in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin from 2009 to 2013.
