Claire Farrell has extensive experience in the field of coaching and education. Claire is currently serving as the Innovation, Creativity & Innovation (ICE) Project Lead at Dublin City University. Prior to this, they worked as the Study & Activities Coordinator-Entrepreneurship and Life Coaching for Teens at the Institute of Education from August 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, Claire has been self-employed since June 2010, working as a Life Coach. During this time, they have empowered and enabled clients to adopt goal-oriented approaches, create concrete goals, and develop action plans. Claire has specifically focused on working with young adults and college students, helping them navigate their next steps in life. Claire'scoaching expertise includes reviewing and resolving potential obstacles in advance to achieve successful outcomes.

Claire Farrell holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin, obtained in 2019. Claire also has a Master's degree in Women's Studies from University College Cork, obtained in 2006. Claire'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from University College Dublin, completed in 1992. In addition to their formal education, Claire has obtained certifications in Change Management Foundations, Learning to Write for the Web, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn. Claire also holds a Diploma in Business and Life Coaching from the Irish Life Coach Institute, completed in 2010.
