Michelle's dream has always been to help as many people as she could find their ultimate happiness and meaning in life. She has always been a positive thinker and a firm believer in "there always being a way out" and a (better) solution to every problem.

Michelle's core values are: Anything is possible, and there are no limits to one's potential, all should be treated equally and fairly, and all are unique and equally valid beings who deserve to thrive with their qualities and be recognised for them. This life-long interest developed into Michelle's passion for Psychology as the study of the mind, which she would often refer to as "an archaeological-like process of investigation and discovery to unfold the answers to the mysteries of the mind".

Michelle's passion for Psychology also led her to envision a multifaceted clinic with several professionals from distinct areas working together favoring a common objective: Mental health. This is how she is beginning to design Dublin Mind Clinic…

Michelle's ongoing passion for Psychology and the human psyche has also led her to discover her most-loved hobby – writing-, and to become an Independent Writer of Psychology Diary, where she openly shares psycho-philosophical texts about her most significant interests, analyses and findings, about life, the human psyche, and the route to finding one's ultimate happiness.

Michelle is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a Fully Accredited Psychotherapist of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She is also Board Certified for Neurofeedback (BCN) by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) committee.
