Cervente Sudduth, PE ENV SP has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. They started their career as a Construction Engineer at Massman Construction Co., where they were responsible for material quantity takeoff, pricing, proposal generation, and scheduling. They then worked at Wallace Engineering as a Project Engineer before joining DuBois Consultants, Inc.
At DuBois Consultants, Inc., Cervente held various positions including Structural Engineer, Project Manager, and Structural Department Manager. They also worked as a Senior Design Engineering Manager and Project Manager at Kiewit. Recently, Cervente worked as the Director of Structural Engineering at Hollis + Miller Architects before becoming the President/CEO of DuBois Consultants, Inc.
Throughout their career, Cervente has gained expertise in structural engineering and management, with a focus on design, project management, and leadership.
Cervente Sudduth attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. Cervente then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, graduating in 2002.
In terms of certifications, Cervente Sudduth obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) designation from the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions in April 2021. Prior to that, they acquired the PE certification from the Iowa Department of Commerce Professional Licensing and Regulation in March 2020, and from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors in August 2019. In 2011, they also obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE).
