Kathleen Hoeper

Kathleen Hoeper is the Director of Marketing & Community Relations for the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra, a position held since April 2016. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as a Graphic Artist at Telegraph Herald from September 2000 to March 2016. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Iowa, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1998.
