Jennifer Heynen has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jennifer most recently worked as the Vice President of Talent at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Munich Re Canada, where they served as the AVP of Talent Management and HR Strategy from April 2021 to December 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from May 2019 to April 2021. Jennifer also gained experience at American Express, where they held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition from September 2017 to April 2019, Director of Human Resources from January 2014 to August 2017, and Director of Strategic Planning from May 2011 to January 2014. Jennifer began their career at Davis + Henderson as a Client Relationship Manager and Business Analyst from May 2003 to April 2006.
Jennifer Heynen attended Western University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology. Jennifer further pursued their education at Western University from 1999 to 2000 and completed a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree.
