Keith Taylor has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Manager of Employment Services at WoodGreen Community Services. Keith then moved on to become a Manager of New Program Development at Operation Springboard from 2010 to 2012. Keith later joined SiMPACT Strategy Group as the Director for LBG Canada East and SROI Consultant, where they worked with a group of 46 companies to maximize the impact of community investment and employee volunteering and giving programs. Since 2014, Keith has been employed at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd., first as the AVP of Strategic Social Impact and currently as the Executive Director of DUCA Impact Lab.
Keith Taylor completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Joint Major Sociology and Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University from 1998 to 2002. Keith then pursued further education at the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management from 2006 to 2008.
