Phil Taylor

Phil Taylor, FICB/FCSI, currently serves as the Chief Member Experience Officer at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd., overseeing various aspects of retail banking including centralized operations, wealth business, specialized lending, and branch network management since September 2017. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Senior Vice President, Business & Personal Banking, at DUCA, and was instrumental in marketing and small business initiatives. From August 2004 to September 2017, Phil worked at Tangerine in several senior roles, including Vice President of Service, Sales & Retail Experience, where responsibilities encompassed managing contact centers and expanding the retail footprint. Phil's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Canadian Marketing Association and Equifax, complemented by educational credentials from Richard Ivey School of Business and Durham College.
