Wayne Staub

Wayne Staub has extensive work experience in various positions. From 2016 onwards, they worked at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) as the Chief Membership Officer, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a membership program and promoting membership value. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Member Services at NJBIA, focusing on small business membership attraction and retention.

Before their time at NJBIA, Wayne Staub worked at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. Wayne was the Operations Director of Water Resources Management, overseeing operational needs and assisting with long-term planning. Wayne also held the position of Director of Economic Growth & Green Energy, leading the Sustainability Team and serving on the New Jersey Task Force on Off Shore Wind.
