Renee' Bell Foley

Renee' Bell Foley is the Director of Property Tax at DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Renee' held various roles at Ryan from January 2013 to October 2022, including Director of Property Tax and Senior Manager of Property Tax, specializing in valuation, assessment review, and taxation of commercial real property across the Suburban Philadelphia market and nationwide. Experience at Thomson Reuters as Manager of Property Tax and at Deloitte as Senior Property Tax Consultant further contributed to expertise in tax savings and valuation negotiations. Renee' began a career in the field as an Administrative & Sales Assistant at Colliers International. Academic credentials include a BS in Environmental Engineering from Temple University, obtained in 1998, and a high school diploma from Northeast High School, earned in 1994.
