Tom Costello

Managing Director at Duchossois Capital Management

Tom Costello has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Tom began their career in 2000 as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. In 2002, they joined Chicago Growth Partners as an Associate, where they sourced, evaluated, and structured investment opportunities in lower middle market growth companies for a $400 million private equity firm. Tom then moved on to Baird in 2007, where they were a Principal at Baird Capital and held board directorships in R2 Integrated and Vitalyst. In 2010, Tom Co-Founded the Twin Hearts Autism Foundation, an Illinois nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. In 2017, they became Managing Director at Duchossois Capital Management, and in 2021 they took on the role of Director at Banner Acquisition Corp.

Tom Costello obtained their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Tom also obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago from 1996 to 2000. In April 2022, they obtained their NACD Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
