Bechir Ghedhoui

Bechir Ghedhoui has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bechir is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Duck Creek Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Prima Solutions from 2019 to 2022 as the CTO, where they transformed the organization into a product-centric one and managed a global technology roadmap for 6 software solutions.

Before Prima Solutions, Bechir worked at Effisoft from 2008 to 2022, holding multiple roles. Bechir served as the Director of Software Architecture and Cloud Services, where they managed teams and led the transformation to a culture of continuous innovation and improvement. Bechir also served as the Director of IT Infrastructure, responsible for managing the company's IT operations and implementing the IT strategic roadmap.

Bechir's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Technical Manager at SunGard (now part of FIS) from 2006 to 2008, and as an Analyst Programmer Lead at the University of New Mexico from 2003 to 2006, where they specialized in data warehousing and database administration. Bechir also had a startup experience at AppQuest Software, LLC from 2001 to 2002, where they served as a partner and software engineer responsible for designing and implementing software solutions.

Bechir Ghedhoui earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Faculte de Sciences Economiques et de Gestion de Tunis in the years 1991 to 1996. Later on, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Management of Technology from UNM Anderson School of Management.
