Jay Kremer

Jay Kremer has a diverse work experience spanning several notable companies. Jay most recently served as the Senior Director of Engineering Quality at Duck Creek Technologies since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from October 2020 to November 2022. In 2019, they were involved in a stealth project at a startup. From 2018 to 2019, Jay worked as the Director of Engineering at Narvar. Notably, they held the position of Director of DevOps and QA at Zoosk from 2013 to 2018, where they implemented CI/CD, oversaw the migration to microservices and Docker containerization, and led the service migration to AWS. Jay also worked as a Program Manager at Society Consulting from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, Jay had a significant tenure at Microsoft, where they took on various roles such as Program Manager and Deployment Tester. Jay started their career as an Intern at BP in 1995 and later went on to establish their own company, Kremer & Company, where they served as the Owner from 1995 to 1999.

Jay Kremer received their Bachelor of Science degree in Television and Digital Media Production from Ferris State University, where they attended from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended East Lansing High School, although no degree or field of study is specified.
