Mallary Reece began their work experience in 2003 as a Graphic Designer at The Middletown Press. In 2005, they joined Duck Creek Technologies as a Senior Content Developer and held this position until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Mallary served as a Functional Lead at Duck Creek Technologies. Mallary then became the Director of Professional Services from 2017 to 2019. Mallary's next role at Duck Creek Technologies was as the Senior Director of Professional Services from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Mallary is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Duck Creek Technologies, a position they have held since April 2023. In their various roles, Mallary demonstrated strong leadership skills, mentored teams, and developed customer success strategies.
Mallary Reece obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Information Technology and Professional & Technical Writing from the University of Hartford in 2006. Additionally, Mallary earned certifications as a Certified Agile Professional (SSGI-CAP) and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022. Mallary also holds a certification as a Certified Insurance General Practitioner, obtained in 2012.
