Cate Huston

Engineering Director, Native Apps at DuckDuckGo

Cate Huston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cate is currently the Engineering Director for Native Apps at DuckDuckGo, a position they have held since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Automattic from November 2016 to May 2020, where they had an unspecified role. In 2015, they served as the Director of Mobile Engineering at Ride.com.

Cate Huston obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Ottawa, although it is unclear if they pursued a specific degree or field of study during this period.
