Magda Dumitru

Magda Dumitru has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Magda is currently employed at DuckDuckGo as Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, they worked at REMERGE - App Retargeting, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to the role of Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and optimizing the candidate experience. Magda also worked at Contentful as a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition. Earlier in their career, they had a role as an Organizational Data Analyst - Research Associate at Jacobs Center on Lifelong Learning and Institutional Development, Germany, and as a Public Relations Assistant at Jacobs University Bremen. Magda also had an internship at University of Muenster as an Intern Faculty of Psychology.

Magda Dumitru completed their Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Social and Cognitive Psychology at Jacobs University Bremen from 2011 to 2014. Magda then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Magda also obtained the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English from the Cambridge English Language Assessment in May 2010, and the European Computer Driving License from the ECDL Foundation in April 2009.
