Mina Bach has over 5 years of experience in the field of user experience (UX) design. Mina is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at DuckDuckGo since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead UX Instructor at BrainStation starting from March 2021. In 2018, Mina served as a Guest MBi Lecturer (UX) at Universitat de Barcelona. Before their undergraduate studies, Mina completed a Foundation Diploma in Arts & Design at the University of the Arts London.

In addition to their formal education, Mina has acquired several certifications. Mina is an IBM Certified Accessibility Advocate, having obtained this certification in March 2022. In February 2020, they completed the "Becoming User Centric" certification from IBM. Mina also holds various certifications related to Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM, including "Team Essentials for AI," "Co-Creator," and "Practitioner." Further, they completed the "Advancing Accessibility" certification from IBM in 2019.

Other certifications and qualifications include "Emergency First Aider" from St John Ambulance, "Introduction to Content Design" from Government Digital Services, and "Mental Health First Aider" from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Mina also completed the "User Experience Circuit" program from General Assembly, although the exact date of completion is unknown.
