Elena Nirgiotis

Elena Nirgiotis is an experienced professional with a background in education and environmental conservation. Currently serving as a GIS Inventory Team Intern with the Student Conservation Association and the United States Army Corps of Engineers since November 2022, Elena employs skills in geographic information systems. Previous experience includes roles as a Summer Camp Instructor with the City of El Cerrito in both 2019 and 2021, where responsibilities involved ensuring safety protocols during the pandemic and fostering positive relationships with students and parents. Elena holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Geography from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in June 2022.
