Malcolm Baldwin

Malcolm Baldwin is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and public works management. Currently serving as a Regional Engineer at Ducks Unlimited since October 2013, Malcolm previously held the position of Superintendent at Georgetown County Public Works from March 2010 to October 2013, where responsibilities included supervising maintenance of roadways and drainage systems and managing a team of 25 employees. Earlier career milestones include owning and operating Malcolm Baldwin, PE LLC, providing engineering design and permitting services, and working as a Project Engineer at Engineering and Technical Services, Inc., where project design and construction management were key duties. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has garnered diverse expertise in engineering design, project management, and public works operations over a professional journey that began in the late 1990s.
