Bartlomiej Balak

Bartlomiej Balak's work experience begins in 2011, where they worked at IBM as a Reporting Specialist until January 2013. From January 2013 to April 2023, they worked at Credit Suisse in the role of Brokerage, Clearing and Exchange Fees Efficiency and Reporting. In October 2022, they joined baoba insurance as the Chief Operating Officer, where they managed day-to-day operations, developed business strategies, managed financial operations, represented operations in front of stakeholders, and led a high-performing team. In May 2023, they began working at Duco as a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Bartlomiej Balak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Teleinformatics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2011. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Teleinformatics at the same university from 2011 to 2012.
