Prior to Duda, Brenda Gierke worked as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Strategic People Partners, partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. Brenda Gierke has held significant roles at Trimble Inc. as a Senior Manager Director, HR Business Partner, contributing to initiatives that supported over 1,000 professionals globally, and at SPS Commerce and Marvin in senior HR business partner roles, focusing on strategic alignment of talent with business goals. Brenda Gierke holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State Moorhead.
